Another Femicide in Puerto Rico — Honoring Jessica Enid Torres Santiago

We must end this vicious cycle of violence.

In 2023, there were 65 direct femicide cases on the archipelago of Boriken. As of the end of August 2024, there were 59 direct femicides reported. On 22 September — just 10 days ago — one other name was added.

A 43-year young beloved mother, friend, and co-worker, she left her mark on those who knew and loved her —
