Is it possible to live a life absent of gratitude?

Absolutely not! I’ll take the risk of saying there’s not a soul on this planet who would disagree with me.

And it’s not because 2022 is winding down.

My reason for sharing this thank arlou note is that Medium has been a platform filled with lessons (at least for me).

I’ve stepped into another world with my poetry verses (often focusing on our beautiful cultura boricua — mil gracias Omy), learned the power of sharing my voice in boldly speaking about race & against racism (shout outs Zuva Seven & Johnny Silvercloud).

Medium has brought me tips on improving my writing (hello The Writing Cooperative), given me ideas on trying Etsy digital products (gratitude to Christina), and connected me with hundreds of creatives (Mario López-Goicoechea, Fanae-5, MSML, Sam Finlayson, Jean-Marc Alma-Charlery, Bobbito Ross + many many others).
