Indeed, we the colonized, the oppressed, the Indigenous, the beautiful people of Palestine and Borikén, and wherever else in the world our precious sisters and brothers are suffering at the hands of the 'global powers.'

Thank you for this piece. I say this all the time - 'it's easy for you to criticize from afar, from your cushy lives in gringolandia where you have the luxury + privilege to tell us how we should behave, what decisions we should make, and on and on and on.'

I tell these people - unless you're willing to leave all of that behind, and move to this ancestral motherland, to join our struggles for liberation & for our independence, to become a sovereign nation, then keep your mouths quiet!!

Here in Borikén, we've been twice colonized (1st by the Spaniards, then the 2nd time by the u.s.). We're still fighting to get them out.
