I often pick up garbage, especially when I find plastic at the beach for fear it will end up in the ocean, harming our precious marine life (and of course our Madre Tierra & Madre Naturaleza - Mother Earth & Mother Nature).

I've been offering yoga/meditation sessions here in my community for over a year. And recently I was invited to be a part of a youth community initiative here in Loíza - tomorrow we start with a weekly yoga/meditation session. I am excited.
